AKA ‘Sea’s Secret’ AKA ‘Genderless Merm’ was an experimental piece done for the sake of 2021 #mermay and drawn in Kanda’s kids’ permanent marker, acrylic paints, and ballpoint pen on 9x11 1/2’ marker paper & sealed with a clear varnish spray. The genderless merm seems to be drawn to their own lure… the meaning behind this piece is peace and inner beauty that shines within the non-binary souls of all animals here on earth. Gender is something we are taught, not something we are born into. This piece comes backed with cardboard and ships in a protective plastic sleeve.
