‘Beginning Impact’ is the 3rd piece in a series that narrates the consumption of a sunflower by a great white shark. These sharks are a series inside of a series titled Sharky’s by Kanda-Kanda’s favorite series that illustrates plant-based sharks. This 5x7” piece has been drawn in ballpoint pen and acrylic paint on mixed media paper. The finished art has been sprayed with a protective enamel and placed inside a vintage brass frame with drooping bell flower blossoms and leaves.
